Shock Laser Tag

Laser tag has always been a popular game, but unfortunately for fans of the game, it never really changes. It seems as if companies who make laser tag products never seem to come out with anything new. Well, if you have yet to see a shock laser tag system, you'll be happy to learn about one of the greatest advancements in the industry.

Shock Laser Tag

A Whole New Kind of Game

Shock laser tag is a whole new kind of game. In reality it's not much different, but you'd be surprised at what such a small change makes to the game as a whole. The main difference between the two games is that in shock laser tag, you receive a shock whenever you're hit. This makes the game a little bit more like paintball, because it's actually a bit painful to get hit. This makes the game much more strategic, and adds a level of realism that previously was simply not there with normal laser tag.

Customizable

Depending on the quality of the shock laser tag setup you get, you'll be able to customize a number of things. Most of the sets, even if they're not the best quality, allow you to switch between a few different shock levels. That way, if you're playing with young children or people who don't want to be shocked, then you can lower the shock level until it's barely more than a touch. Or, if you're playing with your best friends and want an intense game, you can turn it all the way up to the max.

Lightweight

Most shock laser tag systems are pretty lightweight and portable. The nicer sets have full vests, which add a few pounds of extra weight, while the cheap sets just have a small chest pad that straps on to you. With either setup, you'll be able to move around, run, jump, and dive all with ease. When you play something like paintball, you usually have a heavy gun, protective clothes, a helmet/goggles, and sometimes extra CO2 or ammo, all of which adds up to a bulky setup that restricts your motion. With shock laser tag, you can experience almost the same game, without all the drawbacks.

Affordable

Though shock laser tag guns are still relatively new, they're very affordable. The cheaper ones go for around $50 for a set of two, while you can spend up to $200+ for a nice pair. Either way, they're MUCH cheaper than even the cheapest paintball set, and have no residual cost, unlike paintball guns. In an economy like this, we have to do all we can to cut costs, even with entertainment. A $50 set of shock laser tag guns will provide your family countless hours of entertainment, while a trip to the movies for 4 people might cost $50 or more, and only provide 2 hours of entertainment.
